Biodynamic rolled oats. The Mason family has gone to great lengths to ensure a totally healthy, completely natural product. by the Mason family in Western Australia and have not been stabilised which means they have not been subject to steam before being rolled. This retains the rich nutrients, high vitamin content and the beneficial enzymes that are found naturally in oats.
Oats are an excellent source of iron, thiamine and dietary fibre and have a higher concentration of well-balanced protein than other cereals. Research has shown that oats are great for the heart and support a healthy cardiovascular system,
containing unique antioxidants, vitamin B, vitamin E, and a good balance of essential fatty acids.
